1. Prepare 1/2 liter of milk.

1. Add milk in sauce pan,.
2. In a separate bowl add small amount of milk and mix custard powder in it.
3. When milk start boiling add sugar and custard mixture keep stirring.
4. Let it cook until custard becomes thick.
5. Remove from flame and let it cook..
6. Take serving dish make a layer of fruit cake you can also use cake rusk,then add custard on it,put it in fridge.
7. Add 3,4 tbsp of water in pan add coffee sugar and coco powder mix it well,now cook it until it becomes thick,coffee syrup is ready.
8. When custard becomes cold pour this coffee syrup on the top.
9. Beat chilled whipped cream,pour in piping bag along with nozzle and make design of your choice.
10. Coffee lufay is ready serve chilled.
